How we work:

Making a decision who to work with is not always easy and some clients would like to shop around for the suitable counsellor, which is recommended. 

Therefore we offer a FREE 15 minutes telephone consultation to all potential clients, where we don't go into details and there is no obligation to pursue working with us.

If you would like to pursue we will book an assessment to discuss in more details what your situation is and then we both decide what the best way is to move forward. You will receive an Agreement and a Privacy Policy (GDPR) Statement to read, sign and return before the first session. After 8 sessions we will review the therapy and adjust our approach if needed based on the review.

If after the assessment we both feel that it isn't the right fit then you are not obligated to continue with regular sessions.
